The kitchen opens onto a small welcoming courtyard equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the splendid sunny days and eat a rich breakfast.
All around the house there are many trails for hiking or mountain biking. You can easily reach San Damiano, famous for its fantastic summer festivals, or Priocca and Canale.

The entrance is on the ground floor with a bright French window.
As soon as you enter you will find the main room of the house with the equipped kitchen, also ideal for extended stays, the table, a sofa and the ducted pellet stove which is the heating source of the apartment.
In the kitchen you will find, always available free of charge, the kettle, the coffee machine with pods and herbal teas.

We designed and built the furniture you’ll find in the room, using natural and recycled materials.
The room is equipped with air conditioning, one windows that overlook the garden and a comfortable double bed.
We can also add a bed with rails for your little one.
Lights and candles create the right atmosphere for your relaxing vacation.

Jacuzzi with heated water
The Ulivo apartment has the exclusive use of the Hot Tube with hydromassage. In spring and autumn it is possible to heat the water with the wood stove to enjoy the sunset while sipping a good glass of wine.
